Rare Blenko Opalescent Glass Decanter from the'Rialto' Series by Wayne Husted. There appear to be 2 small surface scratches on the back side of the stopper and when I run my fingernail over them, it catches a little.

They are very hard to see but I tried to capture them in my pictures. There are maybe 2 other lines on the back of the stopper that look like scratches but they are not on the surface. I also tried to take a picture of them.
