WASHINGTON Crown Milano CRACKER JARJEWELED Blackberries Paper Label. Offered for sale is this Victorian art glass cracker jar. It is from the "Crown Milano" line made at the Mount Washington Glass Company of New Bedford, Massachusetts.

The melon rib shaped jar is decorated with the blackberry and leaf design as pictured in the Sisk book (page 133). It measures about 5" high to the rim and about 6 1/4" across.

The bottom has remnants of the original paper label. This piece is in very good estate condition with no apparent damage, wear or restoration found. There is one "jewel" missing as shown in the last photo.

Unfortunately the lid is not original to the jar. It fits nicely but obviously not correct. Still a beautiful example that should be a very nice addition to your collection especially if you can find the right lid...
