Hard to find signed Blenko #5912 Persian color glass decanter

This is a hard to find Blenko #5912 mid-century modern glass decanter with the sandblasted signature and a rough pontil. The vase has the limited production Persian (blue) color. The diameter at the widest point is 9 inches and the height without the stopper is 12 inches but with the stopper the height is 17 inches. The condition of the base and stopper is excellent with no chips or cracks. There is one small air bubble (see pictures) in the glass from the glass blowing process.

The outside base has quite a bit of natural wear (see pictures) from sitting on various surfaces over the years. There is only the slightest bit of residue on the interior base but I could be mistaking it for the wear showing through from the outer base.
