Signed James Nowak Underwater Disc Art Sculpture 2004. Very unusual piece from artist James Nowak. Excellent condition, no nicks, scratches or chips. It is likely between 70-120 years old. It is not in brand new condition, unless I specifically state that it is.

Therefore, there is going to be normal surface wear commensurate with an item that has likely changed hands several times. I take many pictures and I urge you to study them carefully.
