Offered in this sale is a fabulous - I think rare - signed Steuben glass selenium red compote with an optic rib base and bowl and a hollow stem. It is marked on the underside of the base with an acid etched company Steuben Fleur de Lis mark which you can see illustrated in the 2nd image.

It measures 8" in diameter across the bowl and is 7 3/4" tall. There are no chips, cracks, flakes, hairlines, surface scratches or evidence of grinding. A wonderful scarce piece of early Steuben.
