Description: This is a Steuben art glass figurine by James Houston called Arctic Fisherman. It depicts a figure of a First Nation fisherman fishing on a large block of ice. Underneath the fisherman are two fishes. The fisherman is made from sterling silver figure and the ice is made from clean pure crystal. Signed Steuben on the bottom.
