HTF classic and vintage Blenko decanter. Stands 14" without stopper and 19" with. The real story of this item is the elaborate stopper design.

There is a short straw mark on the back of the neck, see photo 4 (not unusual for a hand-blown item). Bottom shows some wear consistent with a piece of this age.
