Blown Art Glass Enameled Spot-Optic Water Pitcher Tumblers. This is a lovely late 19th century Victorian era art glass water set by Phoenix. Let's begin with the water pitcher.
It is a hand blown art glass with polished pontil. It has spot-optic pattern with ruffled rim, applied reeded clear glass handle. It has quite lovely hand enameled roses, lily of valley and pink and white dainty flower paintings all around. It also has white beads, gilt scrolls too. It is a large water pitcher with 6 diameter without the handle.
It measures 7.5" spout to handle and it is 8" tall. It is in pristine condition without any chips, cracks or repair. It came with four hand blown same blue color hand enameled tumblers. They are attributed to Phoenix. However they have wide optic panels pattern, not spot optic. Around the base's rims color is cobalt blue. They have gorgeous hand enameled large flowers, they are gilded and jeweled. They have 3" diameters, 4" tall. They are also in pristine condition without chips, cracks or repair.
