Antique HOBBS BROCKUNIER WHEELING PEACHBLOW Art Glass CRUET

Ongoing offering from a fine estate collection of art glass is this 1880's Hobbs & Brockunier Wheeling Peachblow cased cruet featured in glossy finish. This is the ovoid slightly smaller cruet with simple spout, as opposed to the ball shape with trefoil spout... The cruet is rich in color and graduates in shading from a dark rust (almost brown) into wine then to cranberry and then finally a rich looking ochre. Original pressed amber faceted stopper and dark amber vine-form reeded applied handle. The piece is in excellent condition without cracks, chips, inclusions or other issues to note.
