Blenko #6138 Architectural Floor Decanter

Blenko #6138 floor decanter designed in 1961 by Wayne Husted. This one in desirable with matching stopper. Minor bubbles inside the rim and neck of the bottle. Bubbles can only be seen on close inspection and are shown in the pictures. No other imperfections it is a beautiful piece.
