Blenko art glass 16 COBALT BLUE SQUIGGLY WIGGLY Vase/Bottle 1980's

Called the Squiggly Wiggly vase, designed for Blenko by Hank Adams in the 1980s. Measures 16" tall x 5 1/2"wide and 2 1/2 deep. There is one line on the bottle right below the label. It did not get it off with a damp rag.
