BLENKO Mid Century MCM Art Glass # 6212 Tangerine 21 Decanter Bottle HUSTED

This listing is for a Vintage 1960s Blenko Mid Century Modern Hand Blown Art Glass # 6212 M Large 21 Tall Decanter Bottle. It was Designed by Wayne Husted. It is Tangerine / Amberina in color and has a very long 12 Flame Stopper. Fire Polished Pontil on bottom of foot.

It is in very good condition overall. One small nick on side of stem (photo 9). A factory inclusion in glass at neck (photo 10).

And some cloudiness / residue inside (photo 11 and 12). Not sure if it will clean out or not. But its only really noticeable with a dark background.

No other damage or issues that I can find. No chips to the top rim or foot edge. Please view photos carefully as they are my main description.

It is big, thick, and heavy weighing over 4 lbs before packing and will be securely packaged and double boxed. It measures 21 1/4" tall to top of stopper, 12 1/8" tall to rim, 7 3/4" at widest part of body, 1 5/8" across top rim with a 1 3/16" opening, and 5" at the base or foot.
