CONSOLIDATED GLASS COMPANY RUBA ROMBIC SET OF 5 PLATES. This is a very rare pattern in pressed glass, probably the rarest. Cubist inspired, designed by Reuben Haley in 1928.
The Metropolitan Museum has several pieces. The color is smokey topaz.
Tape and number is for my describing, Pics won't show as well as I describe. This glass was easily damaged, these are a perfect 10, museum quality. They are also a rare size, 10 inches across. Very rare opportunity for multiples. Was going to do individually, but decided not to. Note; There are 10 pics, but only 5 pieces, don't be confused, just various views.
