The lamp itself measures 23 from bast to top of finial. It was designed by Ka Barley and hand painted by S Stephens. The shade measures 11 1/2" wide and 6 3/4" tall. The light bulbs will not be includes. In picture 9 i have shown an imperfection when the shade was made.

It looks like a milk glass glob. This is not a chip or crack. This lamp and shade is in excellent condition with NO chips, NO cracks, No scratches, No repairs. What a beautiful lamp to add to your collection.
