NOT signed but believed to be a Fenton Cake Stand. It is 13 1/8 inches across the top and stands 5 inches high.

A pink color which varies slightly as the glass spreads away from the center to the outer edge. The edge is clear glass. One scratch on the top which is about 3 inches long and may have been made that way.
