This too differs from earlier issues; this one having a taller chimney. There is one switch to control the upper globe light and another switch on the base to control the lights to the middle and lower globes. There is a chip to the upper globe at the top of the inner lip. I had noticed this whilst setting it up for my mom after a move many years ago. She was quite livid at the time to say the least.
As you can see from the photos it is mostly noticeable from above, but a chip is still a chip and if it wasn't for that I would call the condition excellent to near mint. Given the size, weight and fragileness of the lamp I think it best that I leave it to the professionals to pack. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
