Wright Company (Distributor) New Martinsville, West Virginia. This is a beautiful pair of Fenton-Made "Daisy and Fern Cranberry Satin Opalescent Hurricane" lamps. These lamps were special ordered by the L.

Wright Company for sale and distribution and are shown on pp. The glass "hurricane" shades are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or restorations.

On one of the metal bases has a split which prevents a really snug tightening of the glass to the metal base (Please see close-up photograph directly below). The lamp globe still sits in the metal base well enough (it wobbles a bit but doesn't come out) but it is something to watch and eventually fix. The wiring on these lamps looks to be original circa 1970s wiring and the lamps light up. But as is the case with all lamps of this age, the lamps really should be rewired for caution and safety. In any event, they will likely need replacing soon. The heavy metal footed bases appear to be in very good condition, no cracks or restorations. All in all, this is a really nice pair of lamps from the 60s or 70s. Gorgeous, actually, and very hard to find. An absolutely wonderful example of fine Fenton craftsmanship...
