This is a Fiesta Tricolator bowl in vintage turquoise. One scroll handles has some wear on the edge, the finish on the inside of the bowls indicative of the early.

Turquoise uneven glaze with some splatter. One tiny nick on the rim and one stray black mark on the outside of the bowl that may be under the glaze. Pin pop on the inside too. This is not a completely perfect bowl, but is pretty close considering the age and rarity. The tricolator bowl is very similar to the vintage Fiesta casserole base, but it is not footed and is impressed Tricolator Products USA on the bottom, showing it was molded separately from the covered casserole.
