Mid-Century Bitossi Pottery Bowl Centerpiece Cinese Aldo Londi Italy Signed
Vintage Bitossi For Rosenthal Netter Bowl. Very rare and useful piece f rom the Cinese China Series. Makes the perfect fruit or salad bowl, as a centerpiece. Or just as a décor piece. Bowl is made of ceramic pottery and has a blue and green textured, glazed finish with a gold, pedestal type base.
The "Cinese" series of vases and sculptures was created by Bitossi's creative director, Aldo Londi and is featured on the base of the bowl. He was inspired by the beauty of ancient Chinese bronze vessels. The bowl measures 9 3/8" diameter x 5 1/4" tall. The inside is 8 1/4" diameter x 4 1/4" deep.
Bowl is signed on the underside and numbered. Item has no cracks or chips. Please view description and photos carefully.
