Mount Washington Bulbous Burmese HP Floral Satin Finish Toothpick Holder 2 3/4

This is a Mount Washington Burmese blown glass toothpick or match holder with hand painted enamel blue and white flowers. There is a ground and polished pontil on the base and a fine red stripe painted around the top edge. The toothpick is 2 3/4" tall and 2" across the top. It is in excellent antique condition, with no chips, nicks, cracks, or scratches.

There is minimal fading of the painted red line around the top rim, and of the light green stems and leaves. There is an area on the base where a price tag must have been attached, which is slightly shiny. I did not attempt to remove it, as I didn't want to damage the surface of the glass.
