RARE 12 ANTIQUE BLUE FLORAL ART GLASS VASE SIGNED WAVECREST - CF MONROE CO. A rare antique American art glass vase with hand decorated enameled arabesques and blue floral designs on opaque satin white body. Has a gilt metal rim. Signed with the red mark of Wavecrest as shown (CF Monroe Company) circa late 1800's.
