Please see pictures metal base is in excellent condition no rust, the paint is a textured silver/gold, the cord is clean in excellent condition (NOT gummy) the thick glass shade is a deep blue with silver jacquard design it is etched into glass you can feel the glass impressions. PLEASE SEE there is a chip (was repaired) inside bottom to the right of hallmark and limited number edition, there is a picture of inside and outside, hardly noticeable from outside.
