Welcome To The Antique Cabinet. For your consideration is darling Tiffany Studios Gold Bronze Basket with a Tiffany Favrile Blue Pastel and Opalescent Glass Insert, circa 1920's. The gold bronze basket measures approx. 5½ tall x 4 wide and is marked with the Louis C Tiffany Furnaces circular logo along with FAVRILE 525.

The handle is decorated with a dainty floral design. It is in great condition with age-related wear and a nice verdigris patina in some of the floral design. The fanciful Opalescent Blue Pastel Glass insert is something very special! 6 long x 3 wide. It is marked with the number 1956, along with a fantastic L. Tiffany Favrile script signature around the smooth polished bottom pontil AND - the original Tiffany foil label! It is in excellent condition with only a couple of minute nicks to the bottom foot. Appears to have sat in a cabinet all its life! A very rare and unique combination of Louis C. Tiffany Gold Bronze & Favrile Glass! - - - - -.
