ROYAL DOULTON ROYAL GOLD H4980 PATTERN 6 x SOUP CUPS & STANDS. The soup cups stand just over 2 inches (5cm) in height, are just over 4½ inches (11½cm) in diameter (not including the handles) with the stand (or saucer) measuring 6 inches (15cm) in diameter. All pieces are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks with hardly a sign of use, with the colour being bright and vibrant. All pieces have the first quality Royal Doulton, Made in England backstamp on the base (a sample of which is shown in the photos) except for one of the soup cups which has a scratch mark through the backstamp signifying second quality.
