Ruba Rombic Art Deco Jade Green Opalescent 6 Vase Consolidated Lamp & Glass Co

Made of translucent glass the color is light green or the color jade? I cleaned vase but it needs a better cleaning in the creases on the inside. Rim was cut I see 4 visible nicks or chips on top of rim other than that it looks pretty good. Unique shape 6 1/4 inches tall, the top is approx. 4 to 4 1/2 inches wide, there is no makers mark I believe it was made by Reuben Haley of the Phoenix & Consolidated Lamp and Glass Co in Pennsylvania, it is older from 1928 - 1933, it has been used shows normal wear.
