Vintage Blenko Joel Myers Architectural Scale 42 Tall Decanter #6535 in Peacock

Being offered is this amazing hand blown Architectural scale glass decanter with teardrop stopper designed by Joel Myers for Blenko in 1965. The decanter is being offered in the color Peacock which was only produced in 1965 & 1966.

The decanter, which happens to be one of the largest pieces ever produced by Blenko, stands an impressive 42" high and is about 10.5" wide. The decanter is in great condition with no chips, cracks or mineral/water deposits.

It does have a few small light scratches but those are very minor and are invisible to the naked eye, save for the bottom which has normal expected wear from floor placement. The decanter also has some air bubbles (about 5 towards the bottom) which are common to most hand blown glass pieces and do not detract.
