VINTAGE Durand King Tut Iridescent Art Glass Vase

Beautiful unsigned Durand King Tut art glass vase. Very nicely done swirled pattern. Measures 8 and 1/8 inches tall. Base is 2 7/8 inches in diameter.

Pictures are actually not as nice as this piece is in reality. There is no damage at all. Nice polished pontel mark on the bottom. Very nice vintage piece of art glass.

Many Durand pieces were not signed, especially the early wares. They were marked with silver and black paper labels, which usually wore away over time leaving the pieces unmarked today. Larger pieces have polished pontils even when a mark is not present.
