Vintage Mid Century Modern 1960's Blenko Art Glass Wayne Husted Design 628-S Crackle Decanter & Flame Stopper Unmarked, shown in 1962 catalog. Condition: Decanter is in very nice condition, with no chips, cracks or restoration; as shown.

There are a couple of manufacturing flaws, an elongated bubble in the neck, and some frit at the side; as shown. Dimensions: 24" tall with stopper X 4 1/8" diameter base. Decanter body is 17 1/4" tall without stopper in place; stopper is 9 1/2" long.
