Vintage Ruba Rombic Fish Bowl The Holy Grail of Fishbowls! Phoenix Glass

Made in 1928 by Phoenix Glass this is the "holy grail" of fishbowls not to mention coveted by Phoenix Glass and Art Deco collectors. This is a huge Vaseline fishbowl at 8" tall by 15" diameter. It glows beautifully under black light and they seldom come up for sale. Phoenix Glass took a huge risk by making this bowl and not many were made. "Ruba Rombic" is loosely translated to "poetry in glass" and was inspired by the French Art Deco movement of the 1920's.

The bowl has a rim chip plus a small professional repair at the top of a 3" x 3" piece. Please see all photos and ask any questions.
