Vtg. Shallow signed art glass footed bowl, mottled/swirled design

The sale is for a vtg handmade shallow signed art glass bowl/vase, footed with large mottled design, multicolored with a semi vertical swirled design. Good condition with age related issues. The underside signed; cannot read. A thumbnail cut mark on glass near signature; you see this on art glass undersides. When you angle the cut line, it shows a white gleam area.

I thought it may be a suggestive fracture. You look on the inside bottom, no line goes through or hold it up to a strong light and cannot really see anything through glass. I think its a flaw. Flaws in glass like bubbles/holes. Nice color combo; beautifully done. See all pics for they are part of description. May have other issues not mentioned but mentioned most significant. Measures 3.5" X 6.25" X 4.25 opening.
