Offered is this lovely set of EIGHT 2-handled cream soup bowls with matching liners or under plates made in England by Wedgwood in a pattern called Josephine. This Mid-Century modern pattern was produced from 1941 to 1964. The pattern features a wide border of sunshine yellow, decorated with a design of gray-silver leaves and small berries. Gold trim outlines the rims and handles. The saucers or liners measure 6 3/8 inches in diameter (16.2 cm).The footed bowls measure 4.5 inches in diameter (11.5 cm), 6 3/8 inches from handle to handle (16.2 cm). They stand 2 3/8 inches high (6 cm). Very good used condition with no chips or cracks.
